RECENT HAPPENNINGS & UPDATES Osho Mahaparinirvan Day celebration, 19 Jan 2012 On 19 January 2012 Osho's twenty-second Mahaparinirvan Day was celebrated in Osho Tapoban. Osho sanyansins and lovers participated in mediation and celebration throughout the day. A special celebration was conducted by Sw. Ravi Bharati in the afternoon in which two hundred sanyasins and Osho lovers participated. Five new friends took sannyas in this occasion. Osho Meditation camp in Pune, India, 17-19 Jan 2012
Sw. Anand Arun conducted a three-day mediation camp in Pune, India from 17-19 January 2012. Around three hundred and fifty sanyasins and Osho lovers from Nepal, India, Russia, UK, Germany, Holland, and USA participated in this historic meditation camp. A celebrative and joyous Mahaparinirvan Day was also celebrated on 19th January with live music by Sw. Anadi and friends .Twenty three new friends took sannyas in the camp. A three-day mediation camp was organized in Osho Prem Dhyan Ashram, Chapa, India during 21-23 January 2012. Around four hundred sanyasins and Osho lovers participated in the mediation camp. A new building with modern facilities was inaugurated by Sw. Anand Arun and Sw. Chaitanya Keerti during this occasion. A musical event by the renowned Kabir Bhajan singer Shree Prahlad Sing Tipaniya was also organized on the evening of 22 January which was attended by around thousand people. Sanyansins and lovers participated in a nagar kirtan on 23rd January. Ten friends took sannyas. Pictures here From 25 – 30 January, Sw Arun conducted a meditation camp at Amarkantak. Around three hundred sanyasins and Osho lovers participated in this camp in this ancient pilgrimage center of central India. Thirty new friends took sannyas in the camp. Osho Mediation camp in Osho Benuban, Dhading, Nepal A three-day meditation camp was organized in a newly constructed Osho Benuban ashram in Dhading, Nepal during 18-20 February 2012. Fifty one new friends took sannyas in the camp conducted by Sw. Anand Arun. This new ashram with residential facilities for around a hundred people has been established in a remote village in Nepal through the hard work and dedication of Sw. Osho Mediation camp in Gangtok, Sikkim 2-4 March Osho Chaitanya Meditation center organized a three days meditation camp at Gangtok, Sikkim which was from 2-4 March. Many many thanks to Sw Dhyan Aditya, Sw Dhyan Kranti & Sw Ravi Chaitanya for organizing such a beautiful event.
